In the Welsh Wind is a craft distillery near Cardigan Bay in West Wales. They create small batch, award-winning Welsh gins, vodka, rum and whisky. Inspired by nature and the dramatic Welsh landscape, their premium artisan spirits capture the essence and character of the land and coast: inherently and proudly Welsh - from grain to glass. 

The agency was tasked with expanding on the current brand by exploring a more evocative and poetic narrative. We homed in on the core philosophy of the distillery founders – nature and sustainability. Messaging was developed to convey a sense of these values, with a subtext of exclusivity for customers with discerning tastes. 

An e-commerce website was developed with evocative banner images, signature typography (in Welsh and English) and a rich colour palette to complement the beautiful bottle label designs and brand narrative. Instagram and paid social ads were also created.
